What is Intuitive Fitness?
Much the same as Intuitive Eating, Intuitive Fitness is exercise, or movement, for the right reasons. For example:

for improved every-day functionality

or for any reason than weight loss or body image.
As mentioned previously, exercise has always been an integral part of my life. I enjoy pushing my body and trying new things. I understand that not everybody feels the same way as I do about exercise. That's why it is important to find your "reason"and what you enjoy in terms of exercise.

I currently run a small studio from my premises in Waverley, Johannesburg.
I can accommodate one-on-one sessions or two on one sessions.
I am also offering online sessions for anyone who may be interested

I specialize in women's fitness and exercise during pregnancy.
